Dual Cut-Sheet Document Matching with Envelope Inserting:
We utilized this customer's existing inserter as we upgraded the
system with Dual GBR 438 Feeder/Folders. This system matches
documents from each GBR. The custom control system
incorporates 3 of 9 Barcode Reading and OCR reading with multiple
pages set collation.
Envelope Inserting with Insert Nesting:
Grutzmacher Inserter Application. This application received
pre-folded documents and two (2) additional inserts. This
customer needed to open the document, nest the two (2) inserts,
re-close the document, then insert into an envelope. A
standard Grtuzmacher Inserter with the "Nest Fold" Attachment.

Collating Collation System to our Rebuilt Bell + Howell Inserter.
We used our PLC controller and added Insert Station Select-ability,
Sequential Startup and Shutdown.
